Commodities prices remain low and we don’t think Energy and Materials stocks will continue to move higher while this is the case. Healthcare continues to register as the weakest sector based on our model inputs. We are positioned for the bull trend to continue into year end.

We run the Elev8 Portfolio to keep you up to date with actionable signals and changes in outlook.  Following the resolution of Tuesday’s US Presidential Election, we are adding exposure to the Energy Sector and the Industrial Sector and funding the trade by selling out of our Real Estate Sector position and moving to underweight

We start October positioned for the bull trend in equities to continue. We enter the month with our biggest long positions in XLK, XLY, XLF and XLC and short zero-weigh sectors XLV, XLP and XLE.
